These terms set the rules for using the HR·AI platform (the "platform"). By signing up you accept them on behalf of your company and confirm that you are authorised to do so.
The service
The platform holds first-round voice interviews with candidates, assesses the answers with artificial intelligence against the criteria the company set, and presents the results to the HR team.
Account
- Give accurate details when signing up and confirm your email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and access to your account safe.
- The company is responsible for its team members' roles and actions.
The company's obligations
- Tell candidates that the interview is run and assessed with AI (the platform shows this and asks for consent before the interview).
- Not use discriminatory characteristics such as age, gender, marital status, religion, ethnicity or health in questions and criteria.
- Have a person make the final decision about a candidate; not use the AI score as the only basis.
- Process candidates' personal data lawfully and answer their requests.
Not allowed
- Using the platform for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
- Probing the system's security, overloading it or trying to get around its limits.
- Creating an account in someone else's name.
Limits of the AI
The AI assessment is an aid and can be wrong: speech recognition errors, accents and noise can affect the result. HR should review the results and correct scores where needed.
Plans and payment
Plan limits and prices are shown on the pricing page. A paid plan starts once payment is confirmed. When the limit is reached, no new interviews can be sent; interviews already sent keep working.
Data
The company's and candidates' data belong to the company; the platform processes them only to provide the service (see the Privacy policy). The company can delete all of its data by deleting its account.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, outages at third-party services or force majeure.
Limitation of liability
The platform is not liable for hiring decisions or their consequences. To the extent the law allows, the platform's liability is limited to the amount the company paid in the last 12 months.
Suspension
An account may be suspended after a warning when these terms are broken, or immediately in serious cases. The company can delete its account at any time.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the new version is published on this page. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
