This policy explains what personal data the HR·AI platform (the "platform") collects, why it is used and how it is protected. Data is processed in line with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data".
Whose data is processed
- Company users (HR): name, email, password hash, company name and activity on the platform.
- Candidates: name, email, phone (if given), audio recordings of the interview, video if the camera is on, the text of the answers (transcript), the AI assessment and HR notes, technical signals recorded during the interview (for example, leaving the page) and feedback about the interview.
Roles
The company that runs the interview is the controller of the candidate's data; the platform is the service provider processing it on that company's instructions. Decisions about candidates are made by the company's HR specialists, not by the platform.
What the data is used for
- Running the interview: speaking the questions and turning the answers into text.
- Assessing the answers against the criteria the company set and presenting the results to HR.
- Managing accounts, security and preventing abuse.
- Improving the service (as aggregated statistics).
Candidates' data is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Artificial intelligence
Answers are assessed with Anthropic's Claude model. The AI only suggests scores and explanations against the company's criteria; characteristics such as age, gender, marital status, religion, ethnicity, health and appearance are not taken into account. A human always makes the final decision. HR can change the AI's scores.
Who receives the data
To provide the service, some data is passed to these providers:
- Anthropic — the text of the answers, for assessment;
- Microsoft Azure Speech — for speech-to-text and text-to-speech;
- hosting and email delivery services.
These providers' servers may be located outside Azerbaijan. Data is transferred only to the extent needed to provide the service. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.
How long data is kept
Interview data is kept until the company deletes it. HR can delete any interview, vacancy or the company account; audio and video recordings are deleted for good with them. When a company account is deleted, all of its data is deleted. Data is removed from backups within the next backup cycle.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted and to withdraw your consent. Candidates should first contact the company that sent the interview, and us if they get no answer.
Security
Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), each company sees only its own data, passwords are stored as hashes, and recordings are not available through public links.
Cookies
The site only uses cookies it needs to work: the sign-in session and the language and theme choices. There are no advertising cookies.
