Fair and transparent
An automated interview has to be fair to the candidate. That is why the system works like this:
No discriminatory questions. The AI does not invent questions; candidates get only the questions HR approved.
Personal traits are ignored. Age, gender, family status, religion and health must not affect scores, and the model is explicitly instructed so.
Candidates are informed. They know the interview is run by AI and give their consent.
A human has the final say. The AI recommends; HR can correct scores and makes the decision.
